6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number provided, Bedroom Defense is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We encourage customers to check with the carrier if an issue arises.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately at paige@bedroomdefense.com to try to correct it.
